小剂量骶管麻醉加亚甲蓝注射在痔切除术中的应用

Application of low dosage sacral anaesthesia and methylene blue in haemorrhoidectomy

目的探讨小剂量骶管麻醉加亚甲蓝术后注射在开放式痔切除术的临床疗效。方法100例Ⅲ、Ⅳ度混合痔患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组50例。试验组采用小剂量骶管麻醉,对照组采用常规剂量骶管麻醉,两组术后均应用复方亚甲蓝作为长效止痛剂行创面注射。结果100例患者均顺利完成手术,患者满意度高,无因并发症再次入院者。结论小剂量量骶管麻醉开放式痔切除术安全高效可行。

Objective To investigate the feasibility and efficacy of low dosage sacral anaesthesia and methylene blue in haemorrhoidectomy. Methods A total of 100 patients with third and fourth degree haemorrhoids underwent open haemorrhoidectomy under sacral anaesthesia and were injected with compound methylene blue after operations. The 100 patients were randomly divided into experimental group{ n =50） and control group（ n =50）. The experimental group used the low dosage sacral anaesthesia and the control group used the conventional dosage sacral anaesthesia. All the patients were injected with compound methylene as long-action anodyne after operation. Results The operation was successfully completed in all the 100 cases. The patients＇ satisfaction was high. No patient was hospitalized again. Conclusion Open haemorrhoidectomy under low dosage sacral anasthesia can be safely and effectively performed.
