摘要
基于西门子的工业自动化组态软件S7-300,完成对交流、变频和直流电机试验系统的控制,采用传感器技术对试验电机进行实时状态监测,缩短了试验时间,强化了试验过程控制,为同类设备今后的程序研发提供了依据;通信方面采用现场总线(Profibus-DP)技术和以太网技术相结合,使数据传输更快速、更稳定。
Automatic control of electric motors test station is described. Based on Siemens industrial automatic configuration software S7-300, the test system can automatically control AC, DC and frequency conversion motors test systems and the application of transducer technology can monitor the real time condition, both of which provide basis for further program R&D, shorten the testing time and strengthen the process control; combine Profibus-DP and Ethernet network technology to keep quick and steady data transmission.
