摘要
介绍了2-(二氨基苯基)苯并咪唑-5胺(BIA)改性聚酰亚胺材料的合成技术以及应用领域。重点对比了国内外对于BIA单体的合成技术路线的优缺点,总结了BIA改性聚酰亚胺材料三种合成方法以及应用情况。与传统的聚酰亚胺材料相比,BIA-改性聚酰亚胺材料具有耐高温、耐化学性、粘接强度高、绕曲性能好、成本低、污染少、绿色环保等优点,并在微电子制造技术中广泛应用。
This article introduced the synthesis and application of 2-(4-aminophenyl)-5-aminobenzimidazole(BIA).The virtues and disadvantages for synthesis pathway of BIA group were compared at home and abroad,and three types of synthesis methods and application of BIA-PI were concluded.BIA-PI had advantages of resisting high temperature,chemical stability,high viscidity strength,good bend performance,low cost,less pollution,well-environmental,so which were widely applied in the microelectronics technology.
