十吨工频炉高压 起动柜控制系统改造

摘要 针对十吨工频炉高压起动柜原电气控制系统采用的是继电器─接触器控制系统,电气元件较多、电路复杂、可靠性差、电气故障频繁等缺点,提出了采用可编程序控制器(PLC)对其控制系统进行改造,并增设了保护和报警电路。给出了可编程控制器改造十吨工频炉高压起动柜电气控制系统的硬件组成和软件设计。说明了用可编程控制器控制取代继电器─接触器控制,使操作维护方便,并提高了设备运行的稳定性。 High-voltage integrated starting box of 10t main frequency furnaces is a relay-contact controling systerm, and more often faults happened because of the complexity,reliability in electric element and electric circuit. For this reason,an inprovment of its controling systerm by using of PLC is introduced in this paper. A man-made device composed with the protection curcuit,alarming curcuit and the compensated curcuit is developed. And also a hardware component and software design of PLC in this improvement on high-voltage integrated starting box of 10t main frequency furnaces are given.Consequently,the stability and reliability of controling system in starting box of 10t main frequency induction furnace are enhanced obviously.
