摘要
在分级加权评价模型层次结构体系基础上,以三峡工程为背景,应用人工神经网络技术,建立了一个水利水电工程环境影响综合评价的人工神经网络专家系统,该专家系统的知识获取和存贮方式与普通专家系统不同,具有较高的推理效率,较强的容错、自适应和自我更新能力。
In this paper,an expert system (ES) based on artificial neural network for comprehensive EIA of hydraulic and hydropower engineering projects has been developed based on the hierarchial model applied to the Three Gorge Project.This ES approach achieves and stores the experts' knowledge and experiences with different ways in comparison with the common and traditional ESs,and has high efficiency on inference and great ability on faulttolerance,selfadaptation and selfupdating.
