摘要 目的:检测PSCA在胰腺癌中的表达情况,探讨PSCA在胰腺癌发病中的作用。方法:用组织芯片技术构建包含48例导管腺癌和16例慢性胰腺炎组织的64点阵的石蜡组织芯片。用免疫组化SP法检测该芯片中PSCA的表达,分析其与胰腺癌临床病理因素的关系。结果:48例胰腺癌患者中,PSCA阳性表达率为77.1%(37/48),与慢性胰腺炎比较,PSCA在胰腺癌中呈高表达(χ2=11.175,P<0.05);PSCA表达与年龄、性别、组织分化程度及TNM分期无明显相关。结论:PSCA阳性表达与胰腺癌相关,可能与胰腺癌的发生及发展有密切关系,但与胰腺癌的临床病理分型无关。 Objective: To investigate the expression of PSCA in human pancreatic carcinoma, and discuss its role in oncogenesis of pancreatic carcinoma. Methods: Pancreatic carcinoma tissue microarray was constructed containing 64 cores of 16 chronic pancreatitis tissues and 48 pancreatic carcinomas. By immunohistochemistry, the expression of PSCA was detected and the relationship between PSCA and the pancreatic carcinoma was analyzed. Results: The positive rate of PSCA in pancreatic carcinoma was 77.1% (37/48), PSCA staining was more intense in malignant cells than in chronic pancreatitis tissues (χ2=11.175, P〈0.05). No evidence was found for an association between PSCA expression and other variables, including gender, age at surgery and tumor grade. Conclusion: The expression of PSCA is related to the pancreatic carcinoma, and PSCA plays a certain role in the development of pancreatic carcinoma, but PSCA has no correlation with clinical pathology of tumor.
