摘要
目的:建立小儿止咳平喘糖浆的定性、定量测定方法。方法:采用TLC法对处方中麻黄、桑白皮、鱼腥草进行了定性鉴别;采用HPLC法对处方中橙皮苷含量进行测定。色谱柱:Shim-pack(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.2%磷酸水(19:81);检测波长:284nm;流速:1.0ml/min;柱温:25℃。结果:小儿止咳平喘糖浆中麻黄、桑白皮、鱼腥草薄层色谱鉴别特征明显,专属性强;橙皮苷在0.13248~0.66240μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.68%,RSD=1.35%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于小儿止咳平喘糖浆的质量控制。
Objective: To study the quality standard of Xiao'er Zhikepingchuan Syrup. Methods: TLC was used to identify Ephedra, White Mulberry Root-bark and Herba Houttuyniae. The content of hesperidin was determinated by HPLC. The Kromasil-C18(4.6 mm×150mm, 5μm) column was used. The mobile phases consisted of acetonitfile and 0.2%-phosphoric acid (19:81), the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was at 258 nm. The temperature of column was 25℃. Results: The TLC spectrum of Ephedra, White Mulberry Root-bark and Herba Houttuyniae was obviously. The linear ranges of hesperidin was at 0.132 48-0.662 40μg(r=0.999 8), the average recovery was 99.68% with a RSD of 1.35% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is fast, reliable, accurate and can be used in the quality control of Xiao'er Zhikepingehuan Syrup.
