Tethered cord syndrome (TCS) treated with alpha-blocking agent

目的:探讨α-受体阻滞剂治疗脊髓牵缚综合征临床效果。方法:回顾总结1992年以来收治的12例脊髓牵缚综合征患者的临床资料。结果:显效8例,好转2例,效果欠佳1例,无效1例,总有效率为83.33%。结论:应用α-受体阻滞剂治疗脊髓牵缚综合征,用药方便,效果确切。

Objective： To discuss the curative effect of tethered cord syndrome （TCS）treated with alpha-blocking agent. Methods： Review and summarize the clinical data of 12 TCS patients since 1992. Results： The curative effect of 8 cases was remarkable, 2 cases improved, 1 case ineffective, and 1 case null and void. The total effective rate is 83.33%. Conclusion： It is applied conveniently and has marked curative effect to treat TCS with alpha-blocking agent.
