摘要
本文在调查评价柴达木盆地宜农荒地资源数量、质量、分布特征的基础上，按流域农业区分析了水土资源匹配的关系，阐述了盆地宜农荒地开发利用条件、方向与方式、投资经营与政策，以及其开发利用的时序与规模。
This paper,on the basis of investigation and assessment of arable land resource in the Qaidam basin,analyzes the matching relationship of water and land resources in the basin's different watershed agicultural regions and expounds the condition, direction and measure, investment and management, sequence and scale in the expoitation and utilization of arable land. \ \
