羊角月芽藻摄取磷形态的动力学研究 被引量:4

摘要 将湖水中的磷分成总溶解磷(TSP)、溶解反应磷(SRP)、总反应磷(TRP)、溶解的水解性磷(SHP)、溶解的光解性磷(UVSRP).研究其在羊角月芽藻生长过程中的变化.通过两种方法求得各形态的利用速率和最大速率发生时间,结果表明:在太湖、五里湖、玄武湖中,TRP,SRP及TSP被利用的速率较快,而UVSRP及SHP相对速率较慢;SRP最先达到其最大利用速率,UVSRP及SHP最后达到其最大利用速率. Changes of five phosphorus species, which were total soluble phosphorus (TSP), soluble reactive phosphorus (SRP), total reactive phosphorus (TRP), soluble hydrolytic phosphorus (SHP) and UV soluble reactive phosphoruv (UVSRP) were studied during the growth of Selenastrum capricornutum. The uptake rate and time that the maximum rate happened of each P species were obtained by means of two methods, and the results showed that in three investigated lakes, the uptake rate of TRP, SRP and TSP were comparatively faster while those of UVSRP and SHP were relatively slower among the five P species, the maximum rate of SRP was reached first while that of UVSRP and SHP were the last in the three studied lakes.
