消痔灵注射加小切口外痔剥离术治疗混合痔临床观察

Injection of Xiao Zhi Ling Plus Small Incision Dissection of External Hemorrhoids in the Treatment of Mixed Hemorrhoids：A Clinical Observation

为探讨消痔灵注射加小切口外痔剥离术治疗混合痔的临床疗效，将115例患者分为两组。治疗组55例，采用内痔消痔灵四步注射加小切口外痔剥离术治疗；对照组60例，采用传统的外剥内扎术。术后均用硝矾洗剂熏洗，并观察创面愈合时间及并发症情况，随访3～12个月。结果表明，治疗组术后疗效、愈合时间、并发症的发生率均优于对照组。术后随访，治疗组无复发，无肛门狭窄、大便失禁等后遗症，肛门功能正常。结果显示，采用消痔灵四步注射加小切口外痔剥离术治疗混合痔损伤小，能维持肛门正常功能，降低术后并发症的发生率。

For exploring the clinical curative effect of Four-step injection of Xiao Zhi Ling plus small incision dissection of external hemorrhoids for mixed hemorrhoids,author divided 115 cases of this disease into two groups：treatment group received above therapy, controlled group received traditional external dissection and internal ligation. After operation both group were all subjected to fuming ＆ washing with Xiao Fan fumingant; their wound healing and complication status were observed, then both groups were followed-up for 3-12 monthes. Results showed that in treatment group curative effects,healing time,incidence of complication were all superior to that in controlled group;the follow-up did not find anal stenosis,incontinence of stool,and recurrence, but the anal function was normal in treatment group. These results show that the Four-step injection of Xiao Zhi Ling plus small incision external dissection for mixed hemorrhoids is of less injuries, and can maintain normal function of anus, and reduce incidence of post-operative complication.
