两种术式治疗复杂性肛瘘疗效比较

Comparison on the Curative Effects of Two Procedure for Complex Fistula-in-ano

为评价复杂性肛瘘开窗留桥对口引流与切开引流挂线的疗效，将160例复杂性肛痿患者随机分为两组，治疗组和对照组各80例，分别采用开窗留桥对口引流与切开引流挂线治疗。结果显示，治疗组疼痛时间、创口愈合时间、术后瘢痕面积均较对照组有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结果表明，对复杂性肛瘘采取开窗留桥对口引流治疗，患者痛苦小，创口愈合快，术后不影响肛门功能，肛门不变形，效果满意。

The objective of this study was to compare the curative effects of two procedure for complex fistula-in-ano. The first procedure included incision,thread-drawing drainage;the second included fenestration bridge and counteropening drainage. The 160 patients with complex fistula-in-ano were divided into treatment group and controlled group（80 cases, each group） ;treatment group received the second procedure, controlled group received the first procedure. As results,there was significant difference（ P 〈0.05） between both groups in lasting duration of pain, wound healing time, postoperative scar-area; the former was superior to the latter. Above results show that the patients of anal fistula receiving the second procedure have less pain, faster healing of wound, and their anal function was not influenced postoperatively, anal form was not also changed,thus therapeutic effect just is satisfactory.
