生脉复合4%琥珀酰明胶对失血性休克大鼠血流动力学和血液流变学的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨生脉复合4%琥珀酰明胶对失血性休克大鼠血流动力学和血液流变学的影响。方法30只SD大鼠随机分为三组,每组10只。使用颈动脉失血-回输的方法制备失血性休克大鼠模型,维持MAP40mmHg,30min后复苏。A组依次按10ml/kg颈动脉回输生脉注射液和20ml/kg颈动脉回输4%琥珀酰明胶,B组按30ml/kg颈动脉回输4%琥珀酰明胶;C组不给药作为对照。记录三组血流动力学和血液流变学变化。结果A组和B组复苏后各时间点MAP和HR均恢复到接近休克前水平,复苏后30min,血粘度指标均低于C组(P<0.05)。A组复苏后30min血粘度指标低于B组(P<0.05)。结论生脉复合4%琥珀酰明胶能明显改善失血性休克大鼠微循环障碍,降低血粘度。 Objective To investigate effects of shengmai injection combined with 4% gelofusine on hemodynamics and microhemorheology in rats with hemorrhagic shock(HS). Methods Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups with 10 rats each. After establishing HS model by bleeding (keeping MAP at 40 mm Hg for 30 min),group A was treated with shengmai injection 10 ml/kg combined with 4% gelofusine 20 ml/kg,group B with 4% gelofusine 30 ml/kg and group C without treatment as the control. The hemodynamic and hemorheologic changes before and at 30 min after resuscitation were recorded. Results MAP and HR after resuscitation were recovered to the values of prior to shock irr groups of A and,B. Blood viscosity of groups of A and B were lower than those in group C at 30 min after resuscitation(P〈0.05) ,which was lower in group A than that in group B(P 〈0. 05). Conclusion Shengmai injection combined with 4% gelofusine may effectively improve the microcirculation in hemorrhagic shocked rats.
