摘要
按环保人才的工作系统对其进行了分类分析．对环保局系统的人才现状从人才总量、部门分布、学历结构、职称结构、年龄结构、地区分布等方面作了较详细的分析；对工业和环保产业的环保人才现状也作了一定程度的分析，为预测２１世纪初我国高等环保人才的需求提供了依据．
This paper analyses China's higher environmental protection personnel according to the working systems they belong to. A detailed analysis is made on the present situation of the environmental personnel in the departments of evironmental protection administration in terms of their quantity, organizational structure, educational background structure, professional titles structure, age structure and area distribution; also, the paper gives an explicit description of the present situation of higher environmental protection personnel in different trades and environmental protection industry, and provides theoretical grounds for prediction of the demand of higher environmental protection personnel in China at the turn of the 21s century.
