摘要
西洋参和螺旋藻的混合液在75℃水提2h后,用活化的木瓜蛋白酶和果胶酶酶解,得到混合提取液。此提取液经活性炭净化、硅藻土过滤后,加入到饮料的基本配方中,经充气和灭菌后,制成了外观为蓝色至浅黄绿色、不加任何防腐剂和人工色素的澄清透明保健饮料。
The mixture of American ginseng and spirulina platensis was extracted with water at 75℃ for 2h, and then enzymatically hydrolysed with papain and pectinase. The mixture was purified with carboraffin, filtered with mount meal, and added to the basic composition of a beverage. After being aerated and heat sterilized, the healthy beverage was naturally blue or lightly yellow and contained no artificial preservative and colour.
