蛇床子素凝胶的药效学研究

Study on pharmacodynamics of osthol gel

目的:研究蛇床子素凝胶对银屑病和湿疹的药效学。方法:采用小鼠阴道上皮细胞、大鼠尾部皮肤鳞片表皮颗粒层形成、鸡蛋清所致大鼠足肿胀、巴豆油所致小鼠耳肿胀、组胺致豚鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性增高及磷酸组织胺致痒模型,研究了蛇床子素凝胶的药效学。结果:蛇床子素凝胶具有抑制小鼠阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂、促进大鼠尾部皮肤鳞片表皮颗粒层形成、抗炎、止痒及减少组胺致豚鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性升高的作用。结论:提示蛇床子素凝胶对银屑病和湿疹具有一定的治疗作用。

OBJECTIVE To research the pharmacodynamics of osthole gel on psoriasis and eczema. METHODS The follow ing models were employed to study the pharmacodynamics of osthole gel. The models included formation of mouse＇s vaginal epi thelial cell and granular cell in flake of the mouse tail, egg white-induced foot acute inflammatory edema in rat, croton oil-in-duced mouse ear edema, histamine-induced cutaneous capillary permeability in guinea pig, as well as itch induced by histamine phosphate. RESULTS Osthole gel could inhibit mitosis of mouse＇s vaginal epithelial cell, and promote formation of granular cell in flake of the mouse tail. In addition, it provided effects on anti-inflammation, anti-itching and relieves the raise of cutaneous capillary permeability induced by histamine. CONCLUSION The study shows that osthole gel has definite therapeutic effect on psoriasis and eczema.
