摘要
介绍了转炉炉气分析技术的发展及应用现状,通过与副枪技术对比及自身特点的分析及阐述,得出结论:在检测成本、模型功能及适用范围等方面,炉气分析技术具有独特的优势;吹炼过程中CO、CO2、N2等气体成分的变化可为返干、喷溅提供预报依据,最后提出炉气分析技术存在的不足。初步明确了应用炉气分析技术实现自动化炼钢的发展方向。
Development and its application of analytical technology on converter off- gas are introduced and the following conclusions are made by analyzing and discussing in comparison with using sub - lance technology and its own characteristics : the off - gas analytical technology excels in detecting cost, setting function of the model and applying range; the variable content of compositions of such gases as CO, CO2 and N2 can be used as evidences for forecasting drying up and splashing; and then weak points on the off - gas analyzing technology is presented. And thus the development direction of automatical steel - making by applying off - gas analyzing technology is defined initially.
