摘要 介绍了高压变频器的原理及特点,分析了改造前高炉排煤风机电机存在的问题。采用高压变频控制技术后,排煤风机电耗和炼铁成本降低,设备使用寿命延长。 The characteristics and operating principle of a high voltage variable - frequency converter are introduced. Some problems existed in an fan motor for injecting pulverized coal system in a blast furnace (BF) are analyzed before the motor is not modified yet. When the high voltage variable -frequency control technology is applied on the fan motor, its power consumption reduces than before and thus iron - making cost also cuts down while the service life of equipment prolongs.
