取料机设备故障诊断与改进实践

Failure Diagnosis and Improving Practice of Reclaimer

鞍钢股份有限公司炼铁总厂的2台取料机(双斗轮和滚筒混匀取料机)在生产中经常出现故障,严重影响了烧结正常生产。针对这种情况,对设备出现的故障进行了诊断分析,提出了局部改进方案。改造后,设备稳定运行,产品的一级品率由原来的83%提高到95%。

Two reclaimers including double bucket wheel reclaimer and drum - type reclaimer in General Ironmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co. , Ltd. fail frequently during production, and as a result the normal sintering production is influenced badly. To copy with this problem, all those failure cases occurred before are diagnosed and then analyzed. Based on analytical results, the improved solution is proposed. These two reclaimers are upgraded according to the solution and finally the ratio of first -grade products goes up from original 83% to present 95%.
