摘要
绿色节能建筑对我国经济的发展意义重大,对我国房地产市场的发展也有重要的影响。我国房地产开发商绿色建筑理念缺失,应借鉴其他国家推广绿色建筑的经验,加强宣传,增强房地产开发商的社会责任感,加强示范项目的推广,不断完善法律法规,加强经济激励,以大力推广绿色节能建筑在我国的发展。
Green energy-saving construction was significant for Chinese economic development and had important influence on the development of Chinese real estate market.Aiming at the missing of the concept of Green Buildings of real estate developers,made a number of measures and recommendations on promoting green energy-saving buildings in China.
