摘要
设计一种新型初晶温度检测系统,具有成本低、响应速度快、准确度高的优点,考察该系统测量的准确度及稳定性,并利用该系统对自配样品及工业电解质进行检测。检测结果表明:初晶温度测量值比理论计算值低3℃。探头的振动频率、探头插入电解质熔体中的深度与位置,以及电解质的冷却速度是影响测温准确度的主要因素。该系统能够在高磁场强度的环境下稳定工作。
A new type of system was researched to analyze the liquidus temperature of Aluminum electrolyte.The advantages of the system were low cost,high response speed,high accuracy.Accuracy and stability of the system were inspected,and the system was used to determinate the sample and industrial electrolyte.The results show that the measured values of liquidus temperature are lower than theoretical values 3,and the reason is analyzed.Vibration frequency of probe,position and depth that probe plugs in the electrolyte and the cooling rate of electrolyte are the main factors which impact on accuracy of measurement.The system could wok stably on the condition of great magnetic field intensity.
