摘要
本研究选用性能优良的微生物,采用夹层法制备微生物膜并解决了其菌体易流失的问题,与氧电极组装成BOD传感器。用该传感器测定BOD,其线性响应范围2~50mg/L;响应时间不超过6min;传感器使用寿命超过2个月;测定环境标准样平均误差-1.6%,变异系数3.8%;与传统的BOD_5法同步测定废水样品相关性良好。
A microbial membrane was made by immobilized cells inside a double-layeredmembrane. The cells could not be washed away,which owed a lot to a special process. BODmicrobial sensor consists of microbial membrane and an oxygen electrode. By using the sensor,the BOD of a sample solution can be measured within 6 minutes. The relationship between electric current decrease and BOD is linear in the range of 2-50mg/L. When it wasused to measure the BOD of the environmental standard samples,the relative standard deviation was about 3. 8% with the mean error about- 1. 6 %. The output of the sensor is constantfor over 2 months,and it was well interrelated to what determined by using conventionalBOD5 analysis method.
