摘要
分析了柠檬酸生产废渣和石膏的化学成份及物理性质,探讨了用废渣代替石膏作为生产水泥缓凝剂的可行性。在实验基础上选择了废渣最佳配入量为1.5%~3%,对用废渣和用石膏为缓凝剂做成的水泥质量进行了比较,均达到525标号,完全符合国家标准,并且废渣化学成份比石膏稳定,更有利于提高和稳定水泥质量.
Through analysing the chemical composition and physical characters of gypsum and waste residue of producing citricacid ,the reasibility that we utilize waster residue istead of gypsum to producesolidifing buffer of cement is probed into. On the base of experiments, the most appropriate proportion of waste residue is 1. 5 %- 3%. To compare the cement of which solidifing buffer is waste residue of producing citric acid with the one of which solidifing buffer is gypsum, they are all be up to stantard No. 525. Not only chemical composition of waste residue is steadier than gypsum but also the waste residue is advantageous to imporve and steady the quality of cement.
