摘要
采用水解──膜法──混凝处理系统,进水CODcr,2300mg/L,调节废水pH至7.5,以水解14h,以气水比25:1,曝气22h后,出水CODcr140mg/L,CODcr去除率达94%,再经混凝处理,以0.4kg/m3废水投PAC,出水CODcr44mg/L,CODcr去除率85%,整套系统CODcr去除率达99%,出水达到污水综合排放标准(GB888-96)一级标准.
This paper presents hydrolvsis-film-coagulation treatment system. The result shows that under 7. 5 of pH hvdrolvsis with 14 hours 25: 1 of air- water rate and aefahon with 22 hours, CODcr can be reduced from 2300 mg/L to 140mg/L with 94 %of retnoval rate . Furthermore. CODcr can be reduced to 44 mg/L with 85% of removal rate by coagulauon treatrnem dosmg PAC with 0. 4 kg/m3 of wastewater the removal raate of whole system is 99 %. The emuent can meet the first grade standard of nahonal tmegrated Wastewater Discharge Standard.
