The sustainable development reflects a new developing mode, strategy and developing idea of modern civilization. It is a social morement which change global production and life mode. At present sustainable development has become guiding principle of socialist construction and influenced the domain of society, economy and culture etc. Illustrating the range, depth, strength, result and developing trend of influence is improtant for carrying out the sustainable development in the region of legal construction and furthmore strengthing and perfecting environmental legal system construction in China.
