摘要 天然气喷射引流技术是靖边气田低压气井开采、实现稳定生产、取得较好开采效果的主要技术,如何选择合适的喷射装置设计参数和运行过程中工作制度,对于装置的长期有效运行非常关键。通过现场试验,研究了高低压气流量和引射率随压力的变化规律,掌握了喷射装置的变工况性能:低压气流量与高压气压力为非单调关系,随着高压气压力增加,低压气流量先增加后减小。现场应用中,需要根据工况性能选择合适的高压气工作压力,引射率变化规律与低压气流量变化规律一致,引射率与低压气压力为近似直线关系,且随着高压气压力的减小,斜率就增大。设计过程中,要充分考虑现场应用井的稳压能力,设计合理的工作压力和流量,以延长喷射装置的应用时间。喷射引流装置变工况性能与装置本身结构参数有关,对于不同的喷射装置需要进行变工况性能分析,并做出相应图版来指导现场生产。 The gas ejector technique is used as a major technique for gas recovery in low pressure gas wells in the Jingbian gas field with stable production and excellent recovering effect.A reasonable work system and proper design parameters are crucial to maintain long-term and effective operation for the gas ejector system.Field experiments were carried out to study on the change laws for high and low pressure gas flow rate and the induction rate upon the change of pressure,and obtained behavior-variation performance for the gas ejector:a nonmonotonic relation was proved between low pressure gas flow rate and high pressure force;with the increase of the high pressure gas force,the low pressure gas flow rate increases firstly and then decreases.In field application,proper high pressure gas force should be selected according to behavior performance,while the change law of the induction rate should be coherent with that of the low pressure gas flow rate,and the induction rate is in approximately linear relation with the lower pressure gas force,with the line slope increasing upon the decrease of the high pressure gas force.During the design process,the pressure stabilizing capability for field wells should be fully considered so as to design reasonable operation pressure and flow rate to prolong the working life of the ejector.The behavior-variation performance of the ejector is related to structural parameters thereof,and the behavior-variation analysis should be carried out according to different ejectors to draw up relevant charts for field production direction.
