摘要
介绍了环境敏感度概念，并用美国詹姆士·罗伯兹的等级赋分法对淮阴市城郊（4区）环境敏感度进行了探讨性研究，为城郊（4区）开发管理提供了参考依据。
By introducing the concept environmental sensitity and using mark- giving method according to grade made by qjames Roberz(U· S· A), this article discussed the environmental sensitivity in the suburbs of Huaiyin city(four districts)and it aldo provided some referedntial bases for its development and management.
