摘要
肝素是一种有效的低密度脂蛋白(LDL)沉淀剂,可以脱除血液中的LDL,将其固定在吸附剂上,可以方便在吸附柱上进行吸附净化过程。研究了在37℃条件下,肝素-壳聚糖对于血液中甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、LDL的吸附性能。通过静态吸附实验发现,肝素-壳聚糖对LDL、TG、TC的吸附率较高,最佳吸附时间是150 min,其中对低密度脂蛋白(LDL)吸附率最大达到50.8%。
In this study, a novel heparin absorbent immobilized with chitosorn was synthesized, The adsorption effect of the immobilized heparin on triglyceride(TG) total cholesterd(TC) high-density lipoprotein (HDL) and low-density protein (LDL) in serum at 37℃ was studied. Results showed that the adsorption rate to LDL and the best adsorption time was 50.8% and 150 min respectixely. It was also found that the heparin absorbent could decrease the content of TG. and TC in serum.
