Analysis of Common Problems Occurring in Plant Cell Culture Using Stirred Bioreactor

摘要 植物细胞在反应器培养的过程中,常发生污染、褐化、发泡等现象,严重影响细胞的正常生长,该文对使用搅拌式生物反应器进行胀果甘草细胞培养过程中遇到的问题进行了阐述,并提出了相应的预防措施,以期为科研和生产提供一定的理论依据和实践参考。 Contamination, browning and sparkle are generally accepted as common problems in plant cell culture process, and the growth of cell is seriously affected. Combining with the recent research on Glycyrrhiza inflate cell culture in stirred bioreactor, this paper analyzed the reason why these phnomena come out and posed suggestions on how to control them, which can provide theoretical and practical evidence for the scientific research and production.
