Advances in Research of Targeting Drug Delivery Systems Mediated by Receptors

摘要 肿瘤细胞表面高表达一些特异性受体,可选择性地与一定的配体结合,利用受体和配体结合的特异性,能实现药物的靶向性输送,在提高治疗效果的同时,降低对正常细胞的损伤。文章就常用的肿瘤细胞表面特异性受体的特性以及作为靶向药物载体的国内外应用作了综述,为靶向药物的研究提供方法和思路。 Some specific receptors are excessively expressed on the surface of tumor cells. These specific receptors have a specificity that they can bind ligands selectively. By utilizing the specificity, the targeting drug delivery can be chieved. By the way of targeting drug delivery, the therapeutic effect, and reducing the damage to the regular cells at the same time can be improved. Combining with domestic and foreign literatures, this review introduces the specificity of these frequentl receptors and the applications of these receptors used as carriers for targeting drugs on the surface of cells. The recent advances of targeting drug delivery systems which were receptors-mediated were reviewed to provide the strategies and rational methods for further investigations and applications of the targeting drug delivery systems.
