摘要
资源和环境的双重压力将全球电力工业带入了智能电网时代,使电网智能化的核心就是全面、动态地整合用户侧资源,包括负荷以及电力使用的相关信息。因此,需求侧管理是智能电网最重要的组成部分之一。分析了传统的需求侧管理关键技术及实施时遇到的问题,然后针对智能电网时代引入的技术变革会给需求侧管理带来的影响和机遇进行了展望,最后就中国面向智能电网的需求侧管理建设给出了具体的步骤和建议。
Pressures on resources and the environment bring the global electricity industry to smart grid times. Key to making the grid "smarter" is to fully and dynamically integrate customers, their loads, and information about their usage into the operation of the grid. Thus, demand side management is one of the primary components of the smart grid. The researchers introduce some demand side management technologies and the application obstacles. This paper foresees future of demand side management operation in the smart grid times. Finally, the steps and suggestion with reference to demand side management construction under smart grid framework of China are proposed.
