摘要 介绍了智能电网的简单定义及其目标和功能。根据智能电网的有关资料并结合中国电网的具体情况,提出了在发电、输电、配电方面实施先进的智能电网技术的建议,包括预防大面积停电、推进电力市场化、实施节能减排、发展和应用超导技术、研究大容量储能技术,以及配电网需增加停电管理功能、高级量测体系、开放式设计和可再生能源接入等。 This paper gives a short description of smart grid (SG) technology, its goal and functions. Based on the relevant references on SG and the conditions of power grid development in China, how to implement advanced SG technology for generation, transmission and distribution in China are proposed, including preventing wide-area blackout, pronloting electricity marketization, implementing energy-saving emission reduction, developing and applying superconducting technology, and studying large capacity storage technology, as well as adding outage management function, advanced metering infrastructure, open design amd renewable energy connection and so on in distribution grid.
