摘要
传统大用户直购电交易多基于双边电量和电价的撮合,缺乏优化直购电中电网运营的有效手段。从直购双方电力特性曲线形态入手,提出一种基于双边形态技术匹配的交易辅助模型,探讨了直购电市场环境下有利于电网运行、保证直购双方电力行为、减少不确定性波动的交易方案的制定。以某电力公司采集的数据为例进行匹配分析,验证了该方法的有效性。
Traditional direct power purchase transactions are mostly based on the matching of bilateral quantity and prices of electricity. It lacks effective means to optimize the quality of electric transmission of direct power purchase. Starting from the electricity characteristic curves of the purchase and supplier sides, an auxiliary model based on bilateral patterns technology matching is proposed for transaction. Direct power purchase scheme which is beneficial to grid operation, participants' behavior and reduction of uncertainty fluctuations is discussed in the direct power purchase market environment. The data collected from a power company is used as an example for matching analysis and the results demonstrate the validity of the model.
