摘要
针对传统的独立建设地、县两级调度自动化主站系统的模式投资大、运行维护复杂和效率低下等问题,提出了一种地县级调度自动化一体化建设的思路。介绍了远程工作站方式、分布采集方式、紧耦合方式、混合方式等多种建设模式,对比分析了各种模式的关键技术、优缺点及适用条件,给出了选择各种建设模式的重要判定因素。
The traditional construction mode of power dispatching automation systems at prefecture and county level are costly, inconvenient and inefficient. A new concept of integrated prefecture and county power dispatching automation system is introduced. Various modes such as remote workstation mode, distributed data acquisition mode, tightly coupled mode and mixed mode are introduced in detail. And the key technologies of each mode has been analyzed concretely. The important factors to choose different construction mode has been given by comparing each mode and analyzing application conditions.
