考虑亚稳态的绝热毛细管流动性能的理论研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用均相模型建立绝热毛细管数学模型,同时考虑了"闪点延迟"、"壅塞流"现象和毛细管呈螺旋形所产生的局部阻力,利用matlab语言编写计算机程序,对绝热毛细管内的流体流动特性进行模拟计算,并分析研究了毛细管的流动性能。将计算结果与其他学者提供的实验结果进行比较,全部的计算点误差都在±10%以内,达到工程运用的要求,其运用对于制冷系统毛细管的匹配具有一定的参考价值。 A mathematical model of the adiabatic capillary tube is established with homogeneous model, and "the delay of the flash point"," the choked flow" and local resistance which was produced by spiral of capillary were considered. A simulation on the flow performance of refrigerant in adiabatic capillary tube is carried through to use matlab. The simulation results are compared to the experimental data which supplied by the other authors, and the errors are within 10%, it is concluded that the model is valuable for the matching of capillary tube in the refrigerating system.
