利奈唑胺治疗院内耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌肺炎的疗效 被引量:9

摘要 目的:评价利奈唑胺治疗院内耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)肺炎的疗效。方法:33例院内MRSA肺炎患者分为利奈唑胺治疗组与万古霉素对照组,治疗前后查痰培养、血常规、尿常规、肝肾功能及胸片。结果:利奈唑胺治疗组治疗有效率为88.2%,细菌清除率为76.5%,万古霉素对照组治疗有效率为56.3%,细菌清除率为31.3%,两组差异有显著性。结论:在治疗院内MRSA肺炎中,不论是治疗有效率还是细菌清除率,利奈唑胺均优于万古霉素,且不良反应明显下降。
