汉坦病毒包膜糖蛋白重组表达研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 汉坦病毒(Hantaan virus.HTNV)属于布尼亚病毒科,主要引起人类肾综合征出血热(hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome,HFRS)。Lee等1978年首次在田鼠的肺组织中分离出HTNV,并鉴定其为引起HFRS的病原。HFRS是一种以发烧、出血和肾功能损害为特征的全球性急性病毒传染病.病死率介于40%~60%,目前尚无特异有效的治疗药物。
