64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像中心电门控技术的应用体会 被引量：5

摘要 冠状动脉多层螺旋CT成像过程中，影响冠脉CT血管成像（CTA）图像质量的因素很多，如成像的时间分辨率与空间分辨率、患者心率情况、扫描时有无呼吸运动、重建时相的选择、重建算法与重建层厚等。在目前硬件设备配置为最先进的前提下．影响图像质量的主要是不能人为控制的患者因素——心律。在冠脉CTA检查过程中，多数患者能保持心律的稳定，但部分患者也会在扫描过程中出现异常心跳或心律不齐，如果没有恰当的重建方法来纠正，
