固相粒径和浓度对旋流泵外特性影响数值分析 被引量:5

摘要 在计算模型采用分块非结构六面体网格的基础上,利用雷诺平均N-S方程和标准的k-ε双方程湍流模型,并使用FLUENT软件进行了旋流泵内部流动数值分析。通过固相浓度和压力分布图,探讨了固相粒径和体积分数对旋流泵无叶腔中颗粒分布和外特性的影响,得出在相同粒径条件下旋流泵扬程和效率均随固相浓度增大而明显下降;在相同固相浓度条件下扬程和效率都随固相粒径的变大而下降的结果,可为旋流泵的水力设计提供参考。 To block non-structural hexahedral mesh model, the use of Renault N-S equation, the average standard of k-ε turbulence model and using FLEUNT software, the interior flow in the vortex pump was numerically analyzed. With the distribution of the solid phase concentration and pressure, discussion was made on the influences on the particles distribution of the volute of the vortex pump. The influences on the exterior characteristics of the vortex pump for the particles diameter and concentration of the solid phase were analyzed in order to obtain in the same particles diameter, the head and efficiency of the vortex pump decreases obviously with the solid phase concentration increased. Likewise, in the same solid phase concentration, the head and efficiency of the vortex pump decreases with particles diameter increased. On the basis of these, make reference to the hydraulic design of the vortex pump.
