分析了16MnDR钢的可焊接性;选择了合适焊材和焊接方法及工艺参数;通过了工艺评定,焊接接头力学性能达到要求,应用于产品生产效果良好。
The welding of emptying riser was analyzed,suitable welding material,welding methods and process parameters were chosen.Its procedure was qualified.Mechanical property of welding joint met the requirement.The procedures have been used in production and got good effect.
