摘要
中国科学院工程热物理研究所现有一套6B燃气轮机全尺寸燃烧室中压试验台,因实验需要,在现有试验台的基础上,增设一套9E燃烧室试验台,现有的Agilent公司的VXI测试系统已不能满足实验需要。基于NCS4000对现有的VXI测试系统进行了集成改造,给出了改造方案的网络结构,同时根据试验需要设计了燃烧室的控制系统结构,并运用NCS4000的组态软件进行了人机界面组态,实现了两套实验装置的统一监测和自动化控制。
The Institute of Engineering Thermophysics will build a 9E full-scale gas turbine combustor under the existing 6B scale,for this purpose choose the Microcyber NCS4000 control system to upgrade the existing monitoring system.This paper describes the control systems based on NCS4000,designs an upgrading program for the network structure,at the same time according to the requirement of the test, the gas turbine combustor control system is designed,and the HMI system of NCS4000 is introduced,implements the unified monitoring of two different sets and automatic control of the test bed.The result shows that NCS4000 system performs stably.
