基于CAN总线的锅炉测控系统的设计与实现

摘要 针对大连龙海集团三台35t/h蒸汽锅炉和三台40t/h热水锅炉,提出了一套CAN(Controller Area Net)现场总线控制系统方案,论证了CAN现场总线控制系统在锅炉控制中应用的可行性和优越性;提出了一种在线动态自寻优方案,解决了锅炉燃烧系统资源浪费和环境污染等问题;控制系统全部控制功能由分散在锅炉附近的现场测控仪表完成。 Aiming to three 35t/h steam boilers and 40t/h hot water boilers of Dalian Longhai Group,this paper puts forward the Field Bus control system based on CAN(Controller Area Net) scheme, and demonstrates the feasibility and the advantage of Fierd Bus control system based on CAN that is used in boiler control;also applies a kind of on-line dynamic adaptive scheme,which resolves the resource wasting and the circumstance pollution in the boiler burning system,and so on.In this control system the whole control function is finished by the field detect and control instruments that are dispersed about the boiler,which materializes well the development current of control full-disperse.
