摘要
基于亚硝酸根对澳酸钾氧化结晶紧而使其褪色的催化作用,建立了灵敏的催化光度测定痕量亚硝酸根的新方法,测定范围为0.02~0.16μg/mL,用于水样中亚硝酸根的测定,获得了满意结果。
A catalytic spectrophotometric method was proposed for determining trace amount of nitrite. The method was based on the nitrite catalysed oxidation of crystal violet by potassium bromate and resulted in the decoloring effects. The range of determination was 0. 02- 0. 16 μg/mL for nitrite. The method has been used to determine trace nitrite in water with satisfactory results.
