摘要
针对电力系统性能要求较高的特点,设计了基于DSP有源电力滤波器的电力监控系统。阐述整体方案、硬件设计、软件功能及其实现的方法和技术,并详细阐述数据库管理技术。监控中心采用IPC机,获取电网参数,并以数据库形式将现场采集的数据存储在数据库中,存储速度快,内存消耗少,操作简单,实现了数据库的有效管理。
Aiming at the requirements of the real-time and accuracy of power system,electric power monitoring system is designed and implemented of a DSP-based APF (Active Power Filter,APF for short).This paper mainly introduces the whole project design,the hardware structure and software functions,and then several key methods and technologies are also dis cussed.It gives a detailed description of database managementMonitoring center acquires power network parameter with IPC and the data collected from the power net spot are stored in database.
