Remote Monitor Control System of Pressure-boosting Pump Station Based on PSTN and PLC

对基于PLC和公用电话网的泵站远程监控系统进行了研究,描述了系统的工作原理和系统结构。通过工程师站和二次站点PLC的Modem链接,实现了系统的远程数据采集和故障诊断功能。构建了基于"组态王"的泵站远程监测框架,通过工程师站计算机和PLC的实时数据交换,实现了泵站的运行监控、远程操作和事故报警。

This paper introduces the operation principle and system structure of remote monitor control system of pressure-boosting pump station based on the project switched telephone network and PLC.The system can realize data acquisition and remote diagnosis by establishing the Modem communication between remote computer of engineer station and PLC of pump station.The system is based on KINGVIEW software to build the pump station monitoring system,can realize remote operation and,has alarming function with data exchange between PLC and ES.
