摘要
介绍了用西门子S7-400可编程控制器(PLC)在内衬层生产线上的应用,根据生产线的生产工艺和控制要求,对电气系统的硬件组成和软件程序进行了设计,并且应用了组态软件设计生产线和配方画面。
This paper introduces an application of S7-400 PLC on the conrolling system of the Inly Underlayer production line. Based on production technics and corolling demand,hardware and software of electrical system are designed.And this paper introduces the application of PROFIBUS networks and configuration menu of product line in this controlling system.
