摘要
研究以三相生物流化床作为工程化反应器处理印染废水的工程工艺条件及操作特性,分别测定流化床内的气相含率、液体循环速度及体积氧传质系数,讨论它们之间的关系,明确工程化操作的条件,并经一年多的实际运行检验所建立理论的正确性,实现了节能。
Engineering technology conditions of dyeing wastewater treatment by three phase biological fluidized bed and operating characteristics were investigated.Gas holdup,liquid circulation and volumetric mass transfer coefficient of three phase biological fluidized bed were measured,respectively,relationship among them were discussed and operating condition for wastewater treatment engineering was determined.For more than one years operation the theory has been proven to be correct,and the object of low energy consumption,high treatment efficiency and steady wastewater output has been realized.
