摘要
针对酸洗中酸雾污染的问题，采用加入抑雾剂的方法治理酸雾。利用大气采样中和滴定法和失重法测量抑雾率和缓蚀率。对碳钢—２０％ＨＣｌ、碳钢—１５％ＨＣｌ＋５％Ｈ２ＳＯ４、３Ｃｒ１３不锈钢—２０％ＨＣｌ３种酸洗体系，分别筛选出最佳的缓蚀抑雾剂配方。在试验条件下，抑雾率达８６％以上。
the acid fog inhibitors have been put in the acid solutions for inhibiting the acid fog during the acid cleaning processes of steels.The properties were evaluated by the methods of neutral drip reaction and weight loss measurement.The result showed the inhibitor efficiency reached 86%.The acid cleaning system were carbon 20%HCl,carbon steel 15%HCl+5%H 2SO 4,and 3Cr13 stainless steel 20%HCl.
