摘要
在对创新型国家概念和特征进行探讨的基础上,归纳了国际上创新型国家建设的四种典型模式,即综合知识创新模式、学习赶超模式、国家创新体系支撑模式、集中优势重点突破模式;并进一步分析了我国创新型国家建设中存在的差距,提出了我国创新型国家建设的"全面创新协调推进"模式和政策建议。
Based on discussion on concept and characteristics of innovation-oriented countries, this ＂paper concluded four typical modes of innovation-oriented country in the world, namely the modes of comprehensive knowledge innovation, learning and overtaking, supporting by national innovation system, advantage focusing to break through, and further analyzed the existing gaps between China and main innovative countries in the world, put forward the mode of complete innovation and promotion in phase and some policy suggestions.
