Construction of Naval Diving Medical Discipline in Joint Service Hospitals

加强联勤医院海潜科建设是军队卫生联勤保障改革的重要任务之一,联勤医院海潜学科的建设现状与海军潜艇、潜水人员的医疗保障需要尚有较大差距。本文初步分析目前海潜科存在的主要问题,对这些问题提出了相应的对策,并提出几个需要重点注意的问题。希望引起有关人员对海潜科建设的关注,并供政策制定和管理机关参考。

To strengthen the construction of naval diving medical disciplines in joint service hospitals is one of the main tasks for the reform in military health joint services support. The developing situation of naval diving medical disciplines in joint service hospitals was obvious disparity with the demands for health services support from naval submarine sailors and divers. In the article, the author analyzed the main issues that existed in naval diving medical disciplines in joint service hospitals, proposed the methods to resolve these issues, and gave some cautions.
